The care I recieved whilst my husband was terminally ill was excellent nothing was too much trouble. I recieved a great deal of support at a very difficult time. Now I am a patient I am recieving this same excellent care of proffessionalism care dignity + compassion. I could not manage without you.

The team who visits my daughter are first class.

I thought the services was first class + was introduced after spending 2 weeks at ystrad favour. She phoned me within a day of discharge + then visited me in my home. She gave me confidence in my being able to cope mentally. Unfortunately she was in the point of leaving. Although one of your team phoned I said I was happy to wait until the new lady came. I'm in hospital at moment but due out soon + hope to see her then.

Ive been waiting 17 weeks for my backs money I nobody seems to do anything they put it blame on everyone else.

The team that I am with are very proffessional, loving and very supportive towards me, all to make me feel very loved for and helped in every way, they help me to feel at ease. I don't know where I would be without them.
